In looking through this book the recipes looked yummy. However I soon noticed that in many of the recipes ingredients amounts were missing. In their place was an empty square. Personally, I am not into guessing games when it comes to making recipes. With "perfect" as part of the title in two separate areas one would think that the author would have proofread the recipes to make sure they were written perfectly as well. Hopefully, this book will be revised because there are some tasty looking recipes in the book, however, without the missing information I will, never know because I will not make the recipe. I am not a novice baker, but with the cost of ingredients these days I am not into experimentation that might waste ingredients. If it were not for the missing information, measurements I would have given the book a five star rating.Product details

I enjoy baking different kinds of pies & this book has many kinds some that I haven;t tried yet but plan on making soon. I have this as an ebook so I can have my ereader on the counter as I follow the recipe. Also has instructions on making pie crusts.
Okay, I'm a Type 2 diabetic that is a glutton for punishment. I enjoy reading recipes of food I cannot have, forbidden fruit so to speak and this book is loaded with them.
Feel free to let me know how good the pies are, I'm a real glutton.
This was on a website for free ebooks. The recipes are simple and straight forward. There are a few interesting idea's but mostly just the normal stuff made a bit easier. If you are a beginning baker this might be for you.
Disappointed in it
All the recipes that you need to make perfect pies. Can't wait to begin baking. Made pies in the past and am ready to try some new ones! Yum!
I haven't even made one of the recipes but they all sound as though they are my kind of recipes - not too complicated but will make very enjoyable pies. I think I'll be making the Strawberry Pie next month for DIL's b'day and I may make one with apples very soon.
I'm thrilled I have the Fire so can just set it on my counter in a clear plastic bag and cook away.
Looking forward to fall when I can bake when it's much cooler. It's already warm here!
